What We Do

At Winam Pediatric and Maternal Health Solutions, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of women, children, and families in Kenya through community-based programs, education, and direct care initiatives.

Our Core Programs

1. Maternal & Child Health Outreach

We bring lifesaving care and education directly into communities to reduce maternal and child mortality through:

  • Antenatal care referrals

  • Nutrition support

  • Postnatal follow-up

  • Education on safe deliveries and newborn care

2. Sickle Cell Anemia Support Program

We provide early diagnosis, treatment support, and family counseling for children living with sickle cell disease through:

  • Screening clinics

  • Medication access (e.g., folic acid, antibiotics, antimalarials, hydroxyurea)

  • Psychosocial and caregiver support

3. Community Health Education

We equip families with the knowledge to prevent disease and improve daily health by:

  • Hosting health talks and outreach events

  • Distributing health education materials

  • Collaborating with local schools and churches

4. Mobile Health Clinics

To reach underserved areas, we operate mobile clinics that provide:

  • Free or low-cost health screenings

  • Immunizations and basic medical treatment

  • Referrals to partner hospitals

5. Training Community Health Workers

We train and empower local community health workers who serve as frontline health educators and caregivers within their own communities

We can’t help everyone,
but everyone can help someone
