Programs & Services

Empowering Communities Through Compassionate Care

Our programs and services are designed to bring healthcare closer to those who need it most. From mobile clinics and maternal health visits to community-based education and chronic illness support, we are committed to delivering accessible, inclusive, and sustainable health solutions across every stage of life.

Combating Malaria

For over two decades, our team has been at the forefront of malaria research, diagnosis, and care in western Kenya. Through community-based screening, innovative diagnostics, and locally informed treatment protocols, we have helped reduce the burden of severe malaria and mortality among vulnerable populations-especially children under five and pregnant women-saving countless lives.

Sickle Cell Disease Activities

We run screening, treatment, and counseling programs for families affected by Sickle Cell Disease (SCD), also known as sickle cell anemia (SCA).  This disease is a leading cause of severe childhood illness and mortality in African children-but often goes undiagnosed until it is too late

HIV & AIDS for Pediatric and Maternal Health

Siaya County has one of the highest HIV prevalence rates in the country, particularly affecting women, pregnant mothers, and children. Through our efforts and continuous innovation in care delivery, we are closing the gap in HIV services for vulnerable populations and building healthier futures for mothers and children in high-burden communities.

Respiratory Infections

Respiratory infections-including tuberculosis (TB), COVID-19, and pneumonia-remain leading causes of illness and death in western Kenya, where access to timely diagnosis and care is limited. In underserved rural communities such as Siaya County, these infections place a heavy burden on vulnerable populations, particularly young children, pregnant mothers, and those with underlying conditions such as HIV.

Waterborne Diseases

We combat waterborne diseases such as cholera, typhoid, and diarrhea by implementing community-based WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) campaigns. Our efforts focus on improving access to safe water, promoting hygiene education, and strengthening local sanitation infrastructure to reduce the spread of these preventable illnesses-especially among children and vulnerable households in rural communities

Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs)

Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) are a group of parasitic and bacterial infections that disproportionately affect the world’s poorest communities. We partner with local health systems to deliver mass drug administration, community education, and targeted screening to reduce the burden of NTDs and improve quality of life in high-risk rural areas.
